Presenting authors must register in advance (before May 7th, 2020) for inclusion of their paper in the conference program.
Please keep in mind that for Early Bird fees, both registration AND payment are due by May 7th, 2020.
The form is secure and if decide to pay by credit card, your credit card information is encrypted during the registration process.

CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION
You will receive a confirmation of registration by e-mail. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail from the Organizing Secretariat in a reasonable time, please send an e-mail to: email@example.com
All cancellations or refunds requests must be made in writing by e-mail to the SMC2020 Secretariat at firstname.lastname@example.org
before May 15th, 2020: 50% (after bank expenses deduction)
after May 15th, 2020: no refund
Refunds will be made after the Conference.
If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organizing Committee the Congress is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.
Italy is part of the so-called Schengen zone, thus citizens from Countries being part of this area and citizens from the EU, do not need special visas to enter the Country. However, before departure, foreigners wishing to enter Italy should verify their own Country's policies.
Foreigners needing a special invitation letter in order to obtain visas may request it from the Meeting Secretariat at least two months prior to the Meeting.

When entering Italy, even if you have already obtained a visa, the border authorities are authorised to check the documentation required for obtaining the visa itself.

The contributors have been carefully selected and the Congress has been carefully prepared. SMC2020 organizers cannot accept liability for the up-todateness, correctness and completeness in respect to conference documentation and content, unless the damage is the direct consequence of an intentional act or gross negligence. Neither the SMC2020 organizers will assume any responsibility whatsoever for any damage or injury to persons or property during the symposium.
All agreements between SMC2020 organizers and the Other Party and all disputes which may arise between the Parties shall be exclusively subject to Italian Law. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
All personal data provided to SMC2020 organizers for registration will be treated as confidential. The data shall be used and stored for further processing and documentation purposes. The information will not be re-used for an incompatible purpose. Data shall be delivered to assigned service providers, as deemed necessary for the successful performance of the symposium. SMC2020 organizers will only disclose information to third parties if that is necessary for the fulfillment of the purpose(s) identified above. Full papers and abstracts will be made available on this website to registered conference participants.
